April 24, 2024: Walkertown, NC 27051 The Forsyth Country Day Furies baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Walkertown Wolfpack to 0 in the Furies non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Furies (5-12) will now prepare for their match against Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC). The go into the NCISAA Piedmont match with a 4-16 record. In their last match, Caldwell Academy was overwhelmed by Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC), 11-2, in a non-league match.
The Wolfpack (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Reidsville (Reidsville, NC). The Rams go into the Mid-State 2A match with a 11-10 record. In their last match, Reidsville ran past T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC), 12-2, in a league match.
