Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV), 8-2 in a league test.

With the win, Sierra Vista upgrades its record to 22-4 on the season. The Mountain Lions host Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, April 25. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 21-1. Virgin Valley won 17-0 in their recent league test against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV)

With the defeat, Silverado falls to 15-11 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Bonanza (Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Bengals in a 4A Sky test on Monday, April 29. The Bengals come into the test with a record of 11-14.
