San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Clairemont Chieftains (San Diego, CA), 17-13 in a league test.

The Cavers now have a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morse for a City test on Monday, April 29. San Diego will face a Tigers squad coming off a 12-9 league win over Preuss UCSD (La Jolla, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-9.

In their next game, the Chieftains face the Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA) in a City test, on Monday, April 29. Clairemont will attempt to move on its 6-10 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 0-11 record after their 16-5 non-league loss to Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA).
