New York High School Softball - Brighton bounces Irondequoit
April 24, 2024: Rochester, NY 14618 The Brighton Bruins (Rochester, NY) softball routed the visiting Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY), 11-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Bruins (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Wayne (Ontario Center, NY). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Wayne toppled Waterloo (Waterloo, NY), 7-2, in a league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Le Roy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 25. Irondequoit will confront a Oatkan Knights squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Livonia (Livonia, NY). The Oatkan Knights record now stands at 3-1.
