Washington High School Softball - Prairie bounces Camas
April 24, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98662 Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Camas Papermakers (Camas, WA), 17-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evergreen for a 3A Greater St. Helens challenge on Friday, April 26. Prairie will battle a Plainsmen squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Heritage (Vancouver, WA). The Plainsmen record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Camas falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Papermakers host Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA) to battle the Tigers in a 4A Greater St. Helens challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 7-2.
