Minnesota High School Softball - Rosemount gets by Eastview
April 24, 2024: Rosemount, MN 55068 Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) and the visiting Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN), witnessed Rosemount's softball squad tip Eastview by a count of 8-7.
The Irish now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeville North for a South Suburban Conference match on Friday, April 26. Rosemount will face a Panthers squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Eastview moves to 3-7 on the season. The Lightning host Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, April 25. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 5-3. Eden Prairie won 16-4 in their recent non-league match against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN)
