Illinois High School Softball - Oak Park-River Forest bounces Glenbard West
April 24, 2024: Oak Park, IL 60302 The Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL) softball routed the visiting Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL), 13-3 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Huskies (15-7) will now prepare for their bout against Marist (Chicago, IL). The RedHawks go into the non-league bout with a 19-1 record. In their last bout, Marist toppled Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL), 18-1, in a league bout.
The Hilltoppers now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Downers Grove North for a West Suburban - Silver bout on Friday, April 26. Glenbard West will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Proviso West (Hillside, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 8-5.
