April 24, 2024: Sylvania, OH 43560 The Springfield Blue Devils (Holland, OH) softball routed the host Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH), 18-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Blue Devils (11-3) will now prepare for their bout against Clay (Oregon, OH). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Clay toppled Napoleon (Napoleon, OH), 12-6, in a league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Bowling Green for a Northern Lakes bout on Friday, April 26. Southview will confront a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Ross (Fremont, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-7.
