Missouri High School Baseball - Lathrop loses to Mid-Buchanan
April 24, 2025: Faucett, MO 64448 Mid-Buchanan Dragons (Faucett, MO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lathrop Mules (Lathrop, MO), 5-1 in a league match.
With the triumph, Mid-Buchanan advances its record to 15-6 on the season. The Dragons travel to Lafayette (St. Joseph, MO) to battle the Fighting Irish in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Fighting Irish come into the match with a record of 5-14. Lafayette lost 9-0 in their recent non-league match against St. Michael the Archangel (Lee's Summit, MO)
The Mules now have a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Jack for a non-league match on Friday, April 25. Lathrop will battle a Mules squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO). The Mules record now stands at 20-3.
