The Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) baseball trounced the visiting Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT), 10-1 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Sentinels now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bingham for a challenge on Saturday, May 3. Mountain Ridge will clash with a Miners team coming off a 12-10 league win over Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Miners record now stands at 11-4.

With the defeat, Copper Hills drops to 4-19 on the year. The Grizzlies host Herriman (West Herriman, UT) to clash with the Mustangs in a challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 8-8.
