Washington High School Softball - Cheney can't get by Shadle Park
April 24, 2025: Spokane, WA 99205 Shadle Park Highlanders (Spokane, WA) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA), 19-18 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Shadle Park upgrades its record to 2-8 on the year. The Highlanders host Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA) to play the Bullpups in a non-league game on Friday, April 25. The Bullpups enter the game with a record of 4-4. Gonzaga Prep won 14-11 in their recent non-league game against Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA)
The Blackhawks now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Spokane for a non-league game on Friday, April 25. Cheney will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Mead (Spokane, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-2.
