New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Cedar Grove overwhelms Hackettstown
April 24, 2025: Hackettstown, NJ 07840 Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ) and the host Hackettstown Tigers (Hackettstown, NJ), witnessed Cedar Grove's lacrosse squad overcome Hackettstown by a count of 13-5.
The Panthers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Newark Academy thwarted Boonton (Boonton, NJ), 8-7, in a non-league test.
Next, the Tigers battle the Lenape Valley Patriots (Stanhope, NJ) in a Pooley test, on Saturday, April 26. Hackettstown will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Patriots enter the test with a 3-6 record after their 5-4 league loss to Newton (Newton, NJ).
