April 24, 2025: Cameron, NC 28326 The Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) lacrosse nudged the visiting Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC), 1-0 in Thursday's league outing.
The Vikings now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Enloe for a non-league outing on Friday, April 25. Union Pines will face a Eagles squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Gray's Creek falls to 5-9 on the year. The Bears host Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Buccaneers in a United 8/All American/Sandhills outing on Monday, April 28. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 3-14. Jack Britt lost 14-8 in their recent league outing against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)
