Washington High School Softball - La Center bounces Castle Rock
April 24, 2025: La Center, WA 98629 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the La Center Wildcats (La Center, WA) and the visiting Castle Rock Rockets (Castle Rock, WA), observed La Center's softball team notch a victory over Castle Rock by a tally of 15-4.
The Wildcats (6-6) will now prepare for their bout against Columbia (White Salmon, WA). The Bruins go into the 1A Trico bout with a 7-4 record. In their last bout, Columbia was routed by Kalama (Kalama, WA), 24-18, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Rockets battle the Seton Catholic Cougars (Vancouver, WA) in a 1A Trico bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Castle Rock will attempt to advance on its 1-15 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA).
