The Sparrows Point Pointers softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Towson Generals to 15 in the Pointers league win on Thursday.

The Pointers now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carver A&T for a Baltimore County 2 battle on Monday, April 28. Sparrows Point will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 17-6 non-league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Towson, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Towson moves to 2-3 on the season. The Generals travel to Catonsville (Baltimore, MD) to confront the Comets in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Comets come into the battle with a record of 8-4.
