The Desert Mountain Wolves baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Horizon Huskies to 9 in the Wolves league win on Friday.

The Wolves now hold a 16-11 record.

With the defeat, Horizon drops to 10-16 on the year. The Huskies host Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ) to play the Mustangs in a non-league test on Monday, April 27. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 19-8. Sunrise Mountain won 8-5 in their recent non-league test against Liberty (Peoria, AZ)
