The Mountain View Vikings softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Marshall Eagles to 7 in the Vikings league win on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Monte for a Mission Valley battle on Wednesday, April 29. Mountain View will confront a Lions team coming off a 15-0 league win over Rosemead (Rosemead, CA). The Lions record now stands at 12-7.
