Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), 11-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Wakefield improves its record to 11-7 on the year. The Wolverines host Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Monday, April 27. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 12-5. Wake Forest lost 11-0 in their recent league game against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC)
