The Monroeville Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and held the host South Central Trojans to 0 in the Eagles league win on Friday.

The Eagles now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul for a Firelands battle on Tuesday, April 28. Monroeville will confront a Flyers team coming off a 27-3 league win over Plymouth (Plymouth, OH). The Flyers record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, South Central moves to 5-10 on the season. The Trojans travel to New London (New London, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a Firelands battle on Tuesday, April 28.
