In Friday's non-league test, the Mount View Golden Knights (Welch, WV) softball squad overwhelmed the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV), by a tally of 10-5.

Next, the Golden Knights meet the Twin Valley Panthers (Pilgrims Knob, VA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 25. Mount View will attempt to advance on its 13-5 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 0-4 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Jenkins (Jenkins, KY).

The Tigers (5-17) will now prepare for their test against Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 7-14 record. In their last test, Ripley was routed by Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 4-1, in a non-league test.
