Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA), 15-4 in a league test.

The Eagles now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Virginia Episcopal School for a Virginia Independent test on Wednesday, April 27. Covenant will face a Bishops squad coming off a 18-7 non-league loss to Glass (Lynchburg, VA). The Bishops record now stands at 4-5.

In their next game, the Caissons face the North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) in a VISAA Division 2 test, on Tuesday, April 26. Fishburne Military will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 9-2 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA).
