Washington High School Softball - Stanwood gets by Archbishop Murphy
April 25, 2022: Everett, WA 98208 The Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA) softball nipped the host Archbishop Murphy Wildcats (Everett, WA), 3-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Spartans (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Cascade (Everett, WA). The Bruins go into the 2A/3A Wesco bout with a 9-3 record. In their last bout, Cascade held off Shorewood (Shoreline, WA), 6-2, in a league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Cedarcrest for a 2A/3A Wesco bout on Wednesday, April 27. Archbishop Murphy will confront a Red Wolves squad coming off a 10-8 league loss to Everett (Everett, WA). The Red Wolves record now stands at 5-7.
