Maine High School Softball - Central bounces Foxcroft Academy
April 25, 2022: East Corinth, ME 04427 The Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) softball routed the visiting Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME), 12-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Red Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bucksport (Bucksport, ME). The Golden Bucks go into the Class C North bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Bucksport notched a victory over Sumner (East Sullivan, ME), 12-2, in a league bout.
The Ponies now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Desert Island for a Class B North bout on Friday, April 29. Foxcroft Academy will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
