Tennessee High School Softball - Pickett County bounces Jackson County
April 25, 2022: Gainesboro, TN 38562 The Pickett County Bobcats routed the host Jackson County Blue Devils softball squad by a final score of 26-11 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Bobcats (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Red Boiling Springs (Red Boiling Springs, TN). The Bulldogs go into the 1A District 7 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Red Boiling Springs was routed by Gordonsville (Gordonsville, TN), 15-0, in a league battle.
The Blue Devils now possess a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sequatchie County for a 2A District 5 battle on Tuesday, April 26. Jackson County will meet a Indians squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN). The Indians record now stands at 22-8.
