April 25, 2024: Paducah, KY 42001 The McCracken County Mustangs got by the visiting Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado baseball team by a count of 4-3 in Thursday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they host University Heights for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 27. McCracken County will face a Blazers team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Crittenden County (Marion, KY). The Blazers record now stands at 16-7.
Next, the Blue Tornado face the Vienna Eagles (Vienna, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 26. Paducah Tilghman will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 12-11 record after their 12-2 league win over Trico (Campbell Hill, IL).
