April 25, 2024: Pittsburgh, PA 15206 In Thursday's league contest, the Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Perry Traditional Academy Commodores (Pittsburgh, PA), by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Obama Academy of International Studies upgrades its record to 12-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 27. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Hempfield Area lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA)
The Commodores now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Taylor Allderdice for a Pittsburgh City bout on Thursday, May 2. Perry Traditional Academy will play a Dragons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Obama Academy of International Studies (Pittsburgh, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 0-2.
