The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ) and the host Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ), saw Cherokee's baseball team gain a win over Ocean City by a tally of 10-5.

The Chiefs (14-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cherry Hill East (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Cougars enter the Olympic - American battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Cherry Hill East was overwhelmed by Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ), 4-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Raiders face the Vineland Fighting Clan (Vineland, NJ) in a Cape-Atlantic - American battle, on Monday, April 28. Ocean City will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record.
