New Jersey High School Baseball - Ocean City prevails Washington Township
April 19, 2025: Ocean City, NJ 08226 The Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) baseball trounced the visiting Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ), 10-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millville for a Cape-Atlantic - American challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Ocean City will clash with a Thunderbolts team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Vineland (Vineland, NJ). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 4-7.
With the defeat, Washington Township drops to 4-9 on the year. The Minutemen travel to Deptford (Deptford, NJ) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Deptford lost 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ)
