Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Milford Spartans (Milford, NH), 7-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Souhegan advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Sabers host Coe-Brown Academy (Northwood, NH) to battle the Bears in a Division II match on Monday, April 28. The Bears come into the match with a record of 2-3. Coe-Brown Academy won 15-13 in their recent league match against Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH)

The Spartans now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pelham for a Division II match on Monday, May 5. Milford will battle a Pythons squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, NH). The Pythons record now stands at 3-3.
