Washington High School Baseball - Woodland loses to R.A. Long
April 25, 2025: Woodland, WA 98674 R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), 12-1 in a league match.
With the triumph, R.A. Long advances its record to 9-6 on the season. The Lumberjacks travel to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA) to battle the Spudders in a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Monday, April 28. The Spudders come into the match with a record of 11-7. Ridgefield won 8-2 in their recent league match against Mark Morris (Longview, WA)
The Beavers now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbia River for a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Monday, April 28. Woodland will battle a Rapids squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Rapids record now stands at 11-3.
