The Sidney Eagles softball squad scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Custer County Cowboys to 8 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Sidney improves its record to 1-6 on the year. The Eagles host Dawson County (Glendive, MT) to play the Red Devils in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Devils enter the game with a record of 5-7.

The Cowboys now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Glasgow for a non-league game on Saturday, May 3.
