The Marriotts Ridge softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Hammond Golden Bears to 4 in the league win on Friday.

The now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakland Mills for a Howard County battle on Monday, April 28. Marriotts Ridge will confront a Scorpions team coming off a 25-0 league loss to Glenelg (Glenelg, MD). The Scorpions record now stands at 0-9.
