In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Marriotts Ridge softball team scored a tight 12-6 win over the Atholton Raiders.

The (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Hammond (Columbia, MD). The Golden Bears come into the Howard County match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Hammond was routed by Atholton (Columbia, MD), 18-6, in a league match.

In their next game, the Raiders confront the Hammond Golden Bears (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County match, on Wednesday, April 23. Atholton will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record.
