The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY) and the visiting Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY), observed Eastern's softball team notch a victory over Bryan Station by a tally of 11-3.

The Eagles (23-7) will now prepare for their bout against North Oldham (Goshen, KY). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 10-10 record. In their last bout, North Oldham was routed by Franklin County (Frankfort, KY), 15-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Defenders battle the Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 27. Bryan Station will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record.
