Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) and the visiting North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC), saw Hoggard's baseball squad knock off North Brunswick by a count of 11-2.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 28. Hoggard will attempt to move on its 9-1 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 11-7 league win over Swansboro (Swansboro, NC).
