Indiana High School Softball - New Albany bounces Providence
April 26, 2022: Clarksville, IN 47129 New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Providence Pioneers (Clarksville, IN), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Jennings County for a Hoosier Hills challenge on Thursday, April 28. New Albany will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to Columbus East (Columbus, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Providence falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Henryville (Henryville, IN) to battle the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Henryville lost 13-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN)
