April 26, 2023: Walton, IN 46994 The Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) baseball trounced the host Lewis Cass Kings (Walton, IN), 9-0 in Wednesday's league contest.
Coming up next, the Panthers play the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 28. Western will attempt to better on its 13-1 season record. The Comets enter the contest with a 12-5 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Elkhart Christian Academy (Elkhart, IN).
The Kings now sport a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton Heights for a Hoosier contest on Tuesday, May 2.
