April 26, 2024: Waynesboro, GA 30830 The Edmund Burke Academy Spartans (Waynesboro, GA) baseball nipped the visiting Brentwood War Eagles (Sandersville, GA), 4-3 in Friday's non-league contest.
The War Eagles now sport a 11-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league contest on Monday, April 29. Brentwood will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-8.
