April 26, 2024: Capitol Heights, MD 20785 Fairmont Heights Hornets (Capitol Heights, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD), 23-5 in a league test.
With the win, Fairmont Heights upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Hornets host Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD) to battle the Lions in a Prince George's County 3/2A/1A test on Monday, April 29. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-8.
