Maine High School Baseball - Schenck loses to Stearns
April 26, 2024: Millinocket, ME 04462 The Stearns Minutemen crushed the visiting Schenck Wolverines baseball team by a count of 15-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Minutemen now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Penquis Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 27. Stearns will face a Patriots team coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
Next, the Wolverines face the Penobscot Valley Howlers (Howland, ME) in a Class D North bout, on Monday, April 29. Schenck will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Howlers enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 11-1 league loss to Lee Academy (Lee, ME).
