April 26, 2024: Orem, UT 84097 Orem Tigers (Orem, UT) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Payson Lions (Payson, UT), 5-3 in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Provo Bulldogs (Provo, UT) in a 4A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, April 30. Orem will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 1-0 league loss to Uintah (Vernal, UT).
The Lions now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Timpanogos for a 4A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Payson will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Mountain View (Orem, UT). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-6.
