April 26, 2024: Manchester, MD 21102 The crowd at Friday's league match between the Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) and the host Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD), saw Century's softball squad nip Manchester Valley by a count of 9-3.
The Knights now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster for a Monocacy Valley - Chesapeake match on Saturday, April 27. Century will face a Owls squad coming off a 12-7 league loss to Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD). The Owls record now stands at 3-10.
