The Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) baseball got by the visiting Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN), 9-8 in Saturday's league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton Southeastern for a Hoosier Crossroads challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Fishers will clash with a Royals team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Royals record now stands at 6-10.

With the defeat, Westfield drops to 10-3 on the year. The Shamrocks host Center Grove (Greenwood, IN) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 13-2. Center Grove won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Castle (Newburgh, IN)
