The Howell Central Spartans baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Parkway Central Colts to 4 in the Spartans non-league win on Saturday.

The Spartans now hold a 17-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster Christian for a non-league test on Monday, April 28. Howell Central will play a Wildcats team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Union (Union, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-8.

With the defeat, Parkway Central drops to 5-11 on the year. The Colts travel to Seckman (Imperial, MO) to play the Jaguars in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 9-8.
