Kodiak Bears (Kodiak, AK) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Redington Huskies (Wasilla, AK), 11-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Kodiak moves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Bears travel to Homer (Homer, AK) to confront the Mariners in a Northern Lights match on Thursday, May 1. The Mariners come into the match with a record of 5-2. Homer lost 12-8 in their recent non-league match against Kenai Central (Kenai, AK)

The Huskies now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kenai Central for a non-league match on Friday, May 2.
