The Thornton Fractional North Meteors nipped the visiting Rauner Wildcats baseball squad by a score of 9-8 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Meteors battle the Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) in a South Suburban - Blue outing, on Tuesday, April 29. Thornton Fractional North will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record. The Lemont HS come into the outing with a 15-3 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL).
