Illinois High School Volleyball - Evanston can't get by Highland Park

Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Highland Park advances its record to 16-7 on the season. The Giants travel to Niles North (Skokie, IL) to face the Vikings in a Central Suburban North test on Tuesday, April 29. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 16-4. Niles North won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Argo (Summit, IL)

The Wildkits now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbrook North for a Central Suburban South test on Monday, April 28. Evanston will face a Spartans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 7-7.
