Utah High School Soccer - Bear River nudges Springville
April 26, 2025: Garland, UT 84312 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Bear River Bears (Garland, UT) and the visiting Springville Red Devils (Springville, UT), saw Bear River's soccer squad hold off Springville by a count of 1-0.
The Bears (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Ridgeline (Millville, UT). The Riverhawks enter the 4A Region 11 battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Ridgeline tipped West Field (Taylor, UT), 8-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Red Devils battle the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) in a 5A Region 7 battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Springville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Wasps enter the battle with a 12-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Park City (Park City, UT).
