In Saturday's non-league test, the Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bedford North Lawrence Stars (Bedford, IN), by a tally of 12-3.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 28. Center Grove will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Cadets go into the test with a 6-4 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Greencastle (Greencastle, IN).

The Stars (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Mitchell (Mitchell, IN). The Bluejackets go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Mitchell prevailed over Crawford County (Marengo, IN), 10-6, in a league test.
