Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons (Mooresboro, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Gryphons face the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 1A challenge, on Thursday, April 29. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 4-2 league win over Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC).
